Time to pay for the salty chips from Friday and Saturday…o well..life goes on…

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Went for a morning walk the halls …even down and up the stairs…just for a change of movement…plan to do my workouts after breakfast…the change in time…was nice this morning…body needed that extra hour to recover…all the chips are finally gone…back on track again…water..water…to flush it out..weight almost back to normal…

Slept with window open…43 this morning..wind chill was 40…lol….nice days…cool mornings…

Even thinking of an afternoon trainer ride….have to see how I feel by then…we’ll…how my body feels…

Have a fantastic positive day…

I don't know how you sleep with the window open! Guess I am getting old and like my creature comforts. LOL! Because of where I live (trees and moldy leaves and seed pods blowing everywhere) my allergies would go crazy. Have a blessed day!! Feel better.
