i dont get it.......im bummed. this is the wrong way to be going
157.7 kg Lost so far: 13.8 kg.    Still to go: 76.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Try not to let it mess you up. It happens to us all! For me, when my weight loss slowed, I increased my exercise (well, just got re-dedicated). Plus I started doing some free weights - makes me feel stronger, and I feel it's helping.

Bekka, your sodium content was pretty high yesterday. The teriyaki jerkey is high sodium. Maybe you are retaining water? Remember to drink plenty of water to flush the sodium out as well. It is ok to eat high sodium once in a while, you just have to keep the fluids up
