Not enough water…not enough movement..

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday….

But the sleeping is Fantastic…lol…I put on my eye mask/headphones…start listening before I get in bed…and when I do lay down..I’m out…for the count….

Had windows open last night till 130am or so…heard the furnace kick on…got up to shut windows…lol..32 outside…but will warm up later…about 1130 am or so…

Went for short walk thru the halls…try and do more today…some days I’m lazy…lol..

Have a fantastic positive day…

Good morning! That’s good you had windows open for a bit. Too cold here. I don’t mind 40’s during the night but not 30’s. That music is great for you!👍 I don’t think I would consider you lazy at all! You exercise every day. Even if you don’t feel well. Be kind to yourself. Lol Nice sunny day. High 60’s and 70 next week. That will be lovely. Going to finish my coffee and get to housework.
