Happy Monday!

A good night's sleep was wonderful! I am a generous and loving grandma during the day, but when grandlings join me in my bed at night I turn into a grump! Well...the grandlings don't see the "grump", but GoodMan is aware enough to say, "come on over to my side and let's give Gramma some space"...lol! So now the kiddos have gone home and I have had an uninterrupted night's sleep and I feel like I'm able to tackle this new lifestyle once more.

I have a busy day planned for today. First and hour on the exercise bike, then shower and grocery shop. Afterward I plan to make roasted root veggies and boneless/skinless/fat-trimmed chicken thighs to take over to DS#6's tonight. I will pick up Grandson#1 at college when I drop GoodMan off to teach his class and GS#1 and I will head over to my son's house for dinner. Around 8:30 GS#1 and I will head back to the college. He'll pick up his car and I'll pick up GoodMan and we'll head our separate ways home. GoodMan and I won't get home until about 10:30 or 11:00 - that's a late work night for GoodMan. I feel bad that he's working while I get to visit with the kids, but he loves his job and prefers to work rather than retire, so I support him (kind of like how he supports me with the grandlings at night).

Make your Monday motivational!

Can relate with the grandkids. My boys still come climb into bed with gramma in the middle of the night, they are 12 this week, you'd think they'd quit that. Dang a couple of them think sideways on the bed is acceptable!!! NOT!! That's when I discover I have company. LOL!! glad a good nights came your way, so much helps with everything, including lowing wight.
