Happy Sunday!

Had a nice time with the grands - all except for the hours between midnight and 6:30am while GoodMan and I shared our queen-sized bed with our 3-year-old granddaughter. I was wearing my fitbit and it recorded I woke up no less than 28 times last night! But what can you do? She was afraid of the dark and the tick tock of our clocks.

We swam in the "hot tub pool" for about a half hour. And then the kids and I played some xbox kinect Rhythm Party. After they left I put in 85 minutes on my exercise bike so I did manage to get some exercise in this weekend.

As far as my eating...I'm not sure. I guess the scale will tell me tomorrow. I feel like I've nibbled a little too much here and there...you know, just a bite of the bean salad as I put it away, a taste of the guacamole to see if the spices need adjusting, that sort of thing. Not going crazy, but not being strict. I just have this feeling of "want"...I want something, but I don't know what. I'm also trying to cut down on caffeine so that may have something to do with it,

Make your Sunday sensational!
