I'm not sure if I believe the weight drop so I'll do at least one more day of liquids only including tomato soup. That's liquid, right? I had it yesterday and it was very warm and filling late in the afternoon. I have .40 pound left to reach the low weight for this year that I reacheda about 3 months ago.

You are doing great!

Technically it’s not, since it’s not clear and it has calories (same as milk). I would not stress about it, since overall your calorie intake is low enough for a win on the scale. Great job with the walking and using your new gadget for motivation 👍

Sounds like it is working

Thanks Navywife and Morticia! Thanks Bananas - I'm just making up my own definitions right now. The tomato soup and milk wouldn't be allowed on a true water fast or a clear liquid diet. I'm just figuring if I don't have to chew, I'll include it. The gadget is helping to motivate me right now. Hope it lasts. I got out with Bobby as soon as it got light this morning and walking nearly an hour. Thanks Liv - I've been on a tomato soup kick for a few months. Just the regular Campbell's tomato soup like I had growing up. I probably hadn't eaten it in over 40 years. Now I have it at least 2 or times a week. It's warm and filling.

Thanks Diana. I have had trouble when I've shown a loss of a pound or more from the following day. The next day it seems like I'm back up for no reason. Thanks Navywife - Bobby is excited that we are walking again. During most of the pandemic neither of us got much exercise. A few years before we would regularly walk 3 to 5 miles a day. As long as it isn't hot outside so I don't have to worry about him burning his feet on the pavement he's usually good to go.

Same here with the pavement. If so, I have a stroller with two tethers and harnesses on them. People think it is a baby til they bark. Lol

Navywife - if the pavement is too hot for Bobby it's too hot outside for me to walk. I usually walk first thing in the morning except for winter or colder weather. Once it's over 65 it's too hot! It felt great to be out at 7am, no once else outside until we were almost home.
