Happy 😃 happy 😃 Monday….

Already got a morning walk in,..next the resistance band workout….added a 10 pound band to the 50…. Had dropped the weight as it was causing pain in my shoulder blades last week…however yesterday…no problem…so plan to do the 60 pound bands doing seated pull downs…to start with…

Waking up to 38…with wind chill of 31…colder tonight….25…. Over night…finally got into drawers yesterday…pulled out winter gloves and stocking cap/mask…have decided winter is getting closer..regardless of what I want…have been turning on heat every morning to take chill off of room…but still not in rush for colder air…

Well….time to close this…get my morning resistance workout started…get my body warm…turn down the heater…

Good morning! It’s 41 high 49 with snow on Wednesday! My heat is on, too! You do well with those bands. I think I have some. Need to get them out. You inspire me! Will get walking in at the grocery store today. I like to order online but will go today even though it’s cold! They say, never miss a Monday so I better drink up and get going!☕️☕️ Enjoy your podcast. I will check it out later. Have a wonderful day!:)

Navy…for me using the resistance bands to begin with….was taking them out of the box..and using them…but once I started using them…I enjoy that movement…and if they are like mine..you can leave them out..set up..for the next burst of energy you have…
