Happy 😃 happy Thursday….


Just got done with a workout….woke up early..was ready to get it done…well…started at least…

Rained several times yesterday…temps are down today…middle 60s today…and 30s tonight….just means long sleeves for breakfast…always cooler downstairs…then come back upstairs…put short sleeve on…once it gets colder outside…then short sleeves are out..long sleeves are in…

Weight is barely up…but no biggie..knew it would be…not enough water yesterday…

Check up later today…wishing it was a closer ride..but it’s not…I’m not good at being lazy anymore…not being able to do what I normally do thru a day..is getting old….having to figure out ways to move…that doesn’t cause a negative effect…

Well….half hour before breakfast…and my tummy is ready…lol…and for me..breakfast is just an appetizer…

Have a fantastic positive day..

Decided it was time to reset my goal weight….after all…easier to hit goal weight if it’s closer…then 30 pounds away….and change it as I hit my numbers…

Good morning! It rained all night but was able to leave the window open a bit. Sounds like you are wanting more activity but have to keep it safe. I bet it is getting old but you will get a good report today and maybe do a bit more soon. Wish your appointment was closer. Will you be able to see some fall foliage? Fall has fallen and so are my leaves. I have to laugh at all my neighbors. They scramble to get every leaf as fast as possible. I have by far a very wooded lot and they have a tree here or there or none. I enjoy the leaves! I do keep them up but not doing it on a daily basis! Lol Have a great day and safe travels!:)

Before we moved here…we had a neighbor that was the same way…he would cut his grass so low..you could see the dirt…lol…as for fall…yes the trees are changing…I’m not a cold temp person..but …part of living in Midwest…regardless of where you live…always something wrong…lol…best thing you can do..accept it…just went for a walk…the stairs were challenging…since I hadn’t used them in almost a week…but I made it…glad I went…

See the dirt. Lol Yes, every region has it’s ups and downs. Happy to be an Eastern girl. Better than Minni”snow”ta, where my husband is from! 🥶 Glad you did ok with the steps!:)👍
