Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday….

Up …down,,,,part of the process…and being dehydrated….no biggie…

Was watching this video….. https://youtu.be/EPKe8dEtYls. About getting older…needing protein and exercise from what I watched of it….got to watch it after breakfast….

Doing less weight …more reps with resistance bands had definitely helped with the inflammation in my shoulder blades…gonna continue doing this rest of week…and maybe longer…give my blades a rest…


39 outside again this morning….yuck…lol….

Getting ready to get dressed for breakfast…then workout…hopefully ride later today…just keep the movement going..

Good morning! It’s 49 high 60. No rain so I bet it will be a noisy day. That’s ok because it means things are getting done. Windows down last night. Sounds like the resistance bands will be your best friends today! Glad the inflammation is down in your shoulders. I need to listen to that getting older podcast. Lol Several people do high protein and some don’t think it is necessary. I do in the middle I guess. Hope you enjoyed your breakfast. Happy Thursday!:)

I’ve done protein for over 20 years…started out using walmart protein..then started looking at the labels…looking at the sugar content…and other ingredients they add to them…or don’t add to them…

Yes, several people seem to be against the powders for processed reasons. Then some people like them!:) 🤷‍♀️

I use a vanilla protein…I use to use garden of life vanilla…I mixed it with water…great taste…same with what I use now…protein is expensive….if you can get your protein from food that’s the way to go…but I can’t get all my protein from food…so I add my collagen to the protein mix..add water…bottoms up…
