Happy 😃 happy 😃 Wednesday….

Rode yesterday…and did lighter resistance bands…my thought was to keep inflammation down and still get a workout in for the day,,,

38 here this morning…brrr…it’s getting here to quick…not a winter person…never enjoyed the temps below 50….”lol…or above 85…. But living in Midwest…that’s the way it is…it did warm up yesterday…opened the windows…even went to bed with window open..but about midnight when I was up…I shut it…temps were dropping by then..no windows open yet….lol

Plan today get a ride in….not about mikes..just the workout…

Well…gonna get dressed rest of way…go walking in halls..still dark here at6am….

Have a fantastic positive day…

Good morning! Brr! That is cold! 48 high 56 here and light rain for this morning. I was up early too. My nephew who comes every holiday and all Summer text me when he got up for school. Always makes my day to hear from him. Six hours away in WV. Just waiting to see if it will be a quiet day. The rain is supposed to stop in an hour. I shall see what this wonderful Wednesday brings. For now, I will sip, sip. ☕️ and then get to cleaning. Hope yours is wonderful!:)

Ty navy…as I said..my days are always wonderful…even on what most see as a bad day…every day is the start to a new day…new lessons to learn from…no mistakes in life..only lessons to learn from…you and nephew should zoom….a way to chat and see each other…

I feel the same way. I never worry about the small stuff and make each day a good day! We do facetime sometimes. It helps a lot! I hope to see him for Thanksgiving! I can’t wait. Enjoy your day!:)😀

Changed my resistance bands workout up this morning….idea to keep inflammation in my shoulders down…and different workout..I could feel the workout 🏋️‍♀️ helping other parts of the upper body…

I was gonna ride after lunch….but….my strain to hit today was 10.8…it’s at 12.8…already…so…that means..rest for rest of day…so I don’t over train today….and I hate resting so much….
