br_e_co's Journal, 10 Oct 14

The weekend has arrived! I hope everyone has a fun and healthy weekend. One day at a time - keep your focus, do one more exercise, eat one less item, drink copious amounts of water.

Nearly got my 1 pound drop the past week, pretty good. I am happy. All measurements held steady indicating no muscle loss, and calipers show a drop in BF% to 12/13ish.

Today - all cardio. Elliptical, treadmill, jump rope.

FYI - Quest Nutrition has started making chips - you kidding? Chips?! Awesome. No fat, 5g carbs, and 21g Protein!!! In a bag of chips?! Dieter's dream. Some will be arriving today - hoping they are as tasty as their protein bars.

The upcoming week - adding back in third weight train day, adding in treadmill, adding back in jump rope. Also going to test my knee with some outdoor runs. Crossing fingers.

Have a great day, folks, and a great weekend.
