Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday…

Back on tract again….

Did workouts yesterday…but watched my strain level…so that I didn’t go past 11.8…plus I got an hour nap yesterday…

Todays just another day of movement….resistance bands..weights…walking…

Listening to keep yourself motivated podcast….music is ok…but sometimes I need to listen to get motivated as well….

Well…things to do…get this day started..get them endorphins rocking…lol…

Have a fantastic positive day…

I use to need a coffee/ caffeine boost to get a workout in…but once I started doing workouts or just moving…I got that endorphins rush…I no longer is coffee or caffeine….it’s all a natural high…

Thank goodness I don’t need the caffeine either. I just love the taste of anything coffee flavored!:)😋☕️

Ty jav….just did another 7 min resistance band workouts with counter pushups…just simple moves …trying to keep my strain level below 11.2 today…..
