Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

Definitely in the right frame of mind…and it’s great….lol…

To days plan…same as yesterday…cause it’s working….and really it’s no different then a month ago..except I’m watching my food closer…no trips to the country store for the sugar fix…when I was buying the extra for the weekend…I thought I could handle it…but as always…it gets outta hand..and then the old habits..return..and you lie to yourself….I’m smiling as I do my journal…I’m committed…to this lifestyle…it works for me…and that’s what it’s all about..being committed to what works for you…

Plan to just walk again this morning…that seems to be working better for me then riding…not sure why…

My oxygen level at night had been below 90 for last 2 nights…so yesterday…I had them pick up new pillows for me…nothing special…but this morning…my whoop said my oxygen was 94 overnight….lack of oxygen at night…I was like in a fog for 3-4 hours after I woke up…when they take it here..usually runs 97…

Well….time to get this body moving…

Put on headphones..a podcast…and wal k the halls…and stairs…

Have a fantastic positive day..

Ty crystal….I’m shocked at how easy at the moment it is to have the weight come off and be honest yo myself with food and weighing everyday..and not obsessing with the scales….as I once did…

Good morning! You are up and at it!👍 windows up all night and drinking coffee til my contractor comes then I shut things up. Hope the new pillows do you good. Way to go passing up the store. It only makes us feel good eating it for a minute then all the bad from it kicks in. At least for me it does. Keep walking! Keep smiling because you are doing great! ⭐️🎉 Have a wonderful Thursday!:)

Ty navy…for me getting the sugar outta my system…drinking more water…has showed me that I have less inflammation…which means less pain thru the day as well…the tramadol I was taking….hast been outta the cabinet in 3 days…a win….I admit…I’m up several times at night to p…but to me the benefits are worth it…

Contractors huh….don’t you just love waiting on them to show up…lol…been done that….like the service people that say..we can come on Friday..and you sit and kill a day waiting on them…they all have cell phones…why not call and say….we can be there by x time..or..sorry…in running behind…instead you wait and kill a day…

Good for you drinking all that water. I love water too! I want two cups of coffee in the morning and the rest of the day is water. Yes, up to the bathroom a lot too! Oh, you know how the contractors go! I rush through coffee to close down my house and still wait two hours after the windows and blinds get closed to keep my yorkies from seeing anything but they still hear it all. Lol
