Happy Wednesday…happy happy 😃

Taking days off from riding..been walking more in the morning…and watching my food intake closer…once again refocusing on what goes in my mouth…and bring more consistent with weighing in…no more skipping a day if it goes up….being consistent is what its all about…something I knew..but gotta out of that habit…not being true to what I wanted to accomplish…I thought a lot yesterday…to what caused my weight to go up…visiting the what’s called the country store here…on fridays….and then eating chocolate over the weekends…and not logging it..not being honest with myself…sometimes it’s hard to be honest with yourself on this journey…it’s a lifestyle change that you try to make a habit out of it..so it becomes easier….for me..I can’t keep food off any kind in my room…I eat it…so…no food in my room is the way it is…just to keep me on track….

No ride yesterday…just did my walking….no resistance bands workout either..no kettlebell bicep moves…just took the day off…gotta say it was a long day…

Did get some sun…for an hour…gotta get it while I can…seasons are changing….didn’t get a lot first of year..as it went from winter to summer it seemed,.so enjoying it now….

Well….time to rock and roll….time to listen to a different podcast…put on headphones…grab the iPhone…and get my walk in,,,

Was listening to mind pump podcast this morning…they was talking about inflammation…and joint pain…drinking more water…meaning less dehydrated….seems to help me…

Good morning! Sounds like you have a great plan going on. Keep enjoying the sun. 🌞 Still cloudy here. Had a good naturopath appointment yesterday and is on board with my doctor team for me to see a Rheumatologist so I will set that up today. Having a cup of coffee this morning being the first since Saturday. Will see how it goes. That country store sounds like it has some good stuff but maybe too good. Lol Neat that you all have that though. Enjoy your walking and podcasts today. Have a wonderful Wednesday!:)

I’ve really increased my water intake recently too. I attribute it to a new water bottle that lists ounces on it. It’s a gimmick I know, but whatever works. And at my age, hey, if it works, I’m doing it! 🤣 Glad your drinking more water too!

I use a cranberry 25 ounce bottle…a Gatorade 23 ounce bottle..refill one when I empty it..get it on chill again…I also have insulated water bottles from my bike racks..that sit in fridge..ready to grab…
