Not a great loss, but it's a loss :) Just had my TOM and have been under a bit of stress at work so that could reflect this weight loss. The fitness group I belong to started back up last week too so I am working out a lot more than I was over the summer which I love. I am capable of doing so much more than I was when I first started these programs! Love it! Hope all enjoying your day :)
98.9 kg Lost so far: 24.9 kg.    Still to go: 39.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Nice drop! You are right, a loss is a loss and it certainly counts! Plus if you are working out more you will have more inches lost. Win, win!
