Joining next challenge on Monday, back on track. again! Heat wave in Canada! Yeah! But made me lethargic and just sat in front of a fan drinking Apple cider, added back 13 lbs in 3 months.
Time to get back to setting goals and priorities, right?!
78.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
