Crazy lazy week for me I did workout most days which is gd. So far doin gd on my challenge eatin all home cook meals & MANN this is hard i'll admit I plan 2 go 2 Subway 2nite 4 dinner even tho I really some fried chicken w/red bean & rice
83.1 kg Lost so far: 14.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
