Well, it's a bit of a loss! Had pizza on weekend Grrrr. Getting new scale today, so will be interesting if any difference. New scale tracks all kinds of stats on app, so I am preparing for a major weight loss story! LOL Have an awesome Wednesday, everyone :)
138.7 kg Lost so far: 22.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
