two days eating like crap and the all you can eat Korean BBQ didn't help 🤦. it's been one of "those" weekends 😂

Mmmm...worth it. Mine did that to me too, didn't log my weight but this morning I weighed 5 lbs higher. It'll go away but damn why them onion rings and bloody Mary's so good!? 😭😭
