Been doin my workouts after work so that my sis & cuzin can go w/me not bad but I really miss workin out in the mornings due to heat & traffic Didn't workout yesterday didn't even do my 100squats Good note I made it to workout this mornin & plan to go after work

Making nachos 2nite my goal is to use turkey ground meat instead of groung beef
83.3 kg Lost so far: 14.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
