Finally, down a little. And this is on the new scale which is so much meaner than the old scale.
86.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Rosie, Kat and HCB. HCB - the "old" scale would give different weights every time I stepped on it so I could choose the lowest one if I wanted to. The new scale is pretty consistent and is finally reaching the number the old scale gave me.

My new scale was higher than the old one that died. Now if I had one that would give me choices, I think I'd like that.
