Day8 of Optifast Pre-Surgery Diet
No hunger at all. Unable to drink the 4th daily Optifast shake, as my stomach is hard and bloated. Is is end of day5 without a BM, so maybe most is absorbed as nutrition and there is very little waste. I am calling Nutritionist tomorrow morning to find out what else I can do. I drink LOTS of water, and taking Senocat-S. And I walked around summer street market for 1 1/2 hrs to get things moving, but no success.

I added 2g 'PBFit Peanut Butter powder (8cal)' as a flavouring to the Optifast chocolate shake today. It was not enough to really taste the PB. I will find out tomorrow, if OK to add 1 tbsp of PBPowder.
114.2 kg Lost so far: 42.7 kg.    Still to go: 48.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
