Slept 4hrs in 2 shifts.
BM no

Day 6_ Still no hunger, but not much energy, and a mild headache. Very very hot but am drinking lots of water. No loss but no BM since Fri am either.

Have a bad taste in my mouth since day 4. Also tongue whitish coating. No fruit and vegetables is causing some side-effects I believe.

I am not going to add 'Jell-O-with no sugar' to the Optifast anymore, as I am sick of that very quickly. The Jell-O has far too much aspartame in it and it makes the Optifast even more sickly sweet. I may try unflavoured gelatin though with some Crystal light powder.
115.2 kg Lost so far: 41.7 kg.    Still to go: 49.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
