I wasn't going to weigh myself until Monday but couldn't stand it so I did today. No big loss, .2 pounds but it's still on the downturn so that's a good thing. Please share how your week was and how you feel about it.

95.0 kg Lost so far: 27.0 kg.    Still to go: 20.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
