I've been eating too much between supper and bed time, and I need to stop that. Am doing fine up til about 7-8 p.m. then gorging. Not going to lose any more weight until I stop it.
86.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
