Went to sleep before 10:30 last night, took a T-3 before I went to bed and slept in the back brace, woke up at 1:30 the dog wanted out...let him out and went back to bed, slept til 6:30 and got up...back aching...ate breakfast, the usual and added the flax seed...feel really tired...took a T-3 with my morning meds a flexeril...david picked up my new script for the anti-viral meds so I'm set up on that again. They are drying up.
Last night I lay on the couch for a while without the brace but when I tried to get up the grabbing started again so it is not all "over" yet so will be careful.
Got my B-12, cholesterol drawn yesterday...just to see if the oats are helping (also actually eating a lo chol diet as well) so will see what the results are. Not sure what else she drew.
