Slept pretty well last night, with one wake up about 2:30 then up at 6:30, no more back pain, took brace off this morning but will sleep in it a night or two more or wear it if I am bending or stooping at all.

Feel tired today though.

FBS 117 this morning 1 hr PP 107.

didn't weigh before I ate. But edema 1 (minimal)

Added B complex vitamins to supplements yesterday. Lesions in corner of mouth better with some vaseline but still visible as red. Could be from drooling with face mask at night though instead of vitamin problem, doc took test for B-12 in blood.

Bowels moving freely since I went back to flax seed, but have cut down the amount of it from 3 TBS in oatmeal to 1...will see how that goes. I am trying to keep fiber at 25 g+ which is hard to do without lots of flax seed.

Back feeling better, still a bit stiff but not like I was and no grabbing pain at all. Did some walking outside to the garden and the hangar...
