Slept 7.4hrs in 2 shifts

Swelling way, way down. Slip-on sandals too loose. Fitbit strap too loose. When I woke up at 8am I weighed 266.6lbs. I just weighed myself again at 8pm, just after eating all my food for today, and weigh 261.8 lbs. That is almost 5lb loss throughout day, when I drank lots of water & decaf coffee & had no BM, and had a restaurant salad for lunch. It feels good not to be bloated for sure, but I know it won't last. I just wish I could ID the reason. It just maybe to 3 heart medications I am on which may be affected by the nutrition interactions or something very complex. I know it is not salt or processed foods. My iron is very low so Dr wants me to add and iron pill and a 'prenatal' multivitamin pill.
I suspect I will weigh 266lbs tomorrow morning.... we'll see.
118.8 kg Lost so far: 38.2 kg.    Still to go: 52.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Laura. Not quite 100lb loss yet. I need to get to 246 before I reach that goal. I have lost 84.2lbs so far, with another 115lbs to go, but I will be adding another tool to my toolbox. I am scheduled for bariatric surgery on Aug 16, 2022, the gastric sleeve.
