Up half a tick, but ate a very late dinner. Not worried.
Feeling pretty good about the low carb thing. I may have gotten some hidden carbs in some Minute Maid Light Lemonade, so I'm quitting that completely now.
Looking forward to the weekend. Outback Steakhouse has a new deal with Steak and unlimited Shrimp Scampi where each serving of shrimp is only 3g carbs. I can see myself loading up on those a little bit!

Yeah, the body is probably readjusting itself. It knows what you are doing to it. (smile). Have a great dinner and load it up with butter and salad dressing.

You may want to look for drinks that have aspartame and quit those as well. That is a very bad substance and it will take as long as a year for all the built up aspartame to pass from your body. Water is still the perfect drink!

I didn't know that about aspartame, Eddie. Interesting... I gave up diet drinks a month ago, so I guess I have 11 more to go before I'm "clean."
