215.2lbs. 1.8lb loss in eight days.
Weighed myself twice to be sure, and it came up the same both times.
I didn't really expect a loss at all, because I was on the higher end of my daily calorie limit all week, but being active most days around the house seems to have paid off!
Getting things done around the house looks and feels good, so it provides the necessary incentive to get back out there and do it again the next day!!
Haven't caught up on my meal photo postings, so I'm not sure if this will be ahead of them or not when I finally do get around to posting them.
Credit for this week's loss goes to another active week around the house, sensible breakfasts & lunches, but again this week had only sporadic efforts at portion control during supper.
Bedtime snacks still often push the outer limits of my calories, but were missed completely at least twice during this past week due to falling asleep.
Looking forward to more losses as the summer progresses!.
Never stop fighting till the fight is done!

I do the same thing - step on the scale a couple of times to make sure it's right! That's a nice loss for just over a week.

Thanks Fritzy! Hoping to work back towards steeper losses soon, but this one is still plenty respectable.... Guess I'm feeling a bit eager...🤣

Every loss is a gain. Being active, itself, is a great thing. Have a wonderful weekend.
