Ate a 100g serving of grilled sesame tofu for dinner at 7:20pm. No problems till about 10:30pm when I started to have stomach cramps & feel a bit nauseous. I have 1 more serving left in fridge and will try again Saturday and see what happens.
121.3 kg Lost so far: 35.6 kg.    Still to go: 55.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
