Had fasting bloodwork done. Afterwards I went to visit my elderly parents. Was famished. I made pancakes for us. Had breakfast/lunch of 2 eggs & 4 small blueberry pancakes, no syrup, no butter, just a spray of Pam. Forgot to take photo until after I devoured it. All that was left was 2 bites & remnants of egg yolk.
121.1 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 54.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
