Pre-dinner weigh in of 199.6 even after a happy hour where I had two beers, ten tortilla chips, and a few tablespoons of guacamole. Got home late so ate right away. Made some 'healthy ice cream,' but used two scoops of protein powder instead of one. The stuff ended up with a whipped cream consistency! Very weird. Gave me a ton of energy, though, and I hopped on the treadmill after all and knocked out an hour despite very little sleep last night. Weighed in at 201.0 after the meal and workout, so recording the 199.6 and will look for lower numbers in the morning.
