Morning weigh in at 200.0. No matter how many times I stepped on, could not get a 199.9 reading! No workout tonight as we have a meeting with a remodeler. Sister visits over the weekend so extra eating in store.
90.5 kg Lost so far: 56.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Isn't that the truth. He exhausts me when he exercises at 11 at night. I'd be so wired I wouldn't get to sleep until 4am.

Still looking for the definition of "healthy ice cream". Is there such a thing as a healthy "donut"? Still looking and experimenting with them now and again.

Me too, classic, I'm asleep by then. I did exercise late tonight, bout 7:30. Still awake, 9:45 bedtime is before 9. Should know better.

I was bad and had brownies, but my calorie average had plenty of room. Being good no alcohol and wanted chocolate, I'll cut the rest tomorrow and freeze them.

Have to do mine by 10:30am. When I try in the afternoon, I've lost most of my oomph and can't complete a full workout. I know anything helps, but I like to make sure I complete a full session.

I am seriously considering getting a Weider Total Body Works 5000. DK got one and loves it. Going to do a little research on it first, but it could be the change up I need. Getting bored and losing steam. Really want to get it back. And this might be the ticket.
