Again I stepped on the scale at 7:00 am and looking down it read 300.2 pounds. 5 days in a row I have eaten <800 calories and nothing to show for the venture other than my 1970 shag carpet has a path worn from my bedroom to my bathroom. Can't wait until friday when I go back to my normal routine and start losing some real weight!
136.1 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Maybe with so few calories your body is in starvation mode! Hey, I replied to your email yesterday, but your email stills shows unread in my inbox. Hmmm, I must be doing something wrong!

If you want I will reply to it so that you know I read it. And it could have been the truth at first because I was so dumb I could not find my inbox to receive it. No one said I was computer savvy...LOL!

It's just weird because they're still showing as unread in my inbox. Oh well, I'm not the most savvy computer person either! By the way, your post this morning was funny about your naked happy dance! Congrats on your weigh in.
