Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Another day off riding..my right knee is still puffy from yesterday..decided the right thing to do…as much as I hate not getting the morning release of endorphins…so…already got the biceps woke up instead….lol…it all counts…

Got on scale…been 77 days…I’m sure some of ..if not all is muscle…as I did a no.2… right before weighin in..and I’m still in a fast….who knows…and really….who cares….lol…I mean like…long as my elastic shorts and sweats fit…lol…that’s all that matters…

Cloudy at the moment…rain on the way…next week…over 100…with that humidity…so they say…not looking forward to it as I have to get out on Wednesday….

Just finished washing bibs..they are air drying in bathroom..fresh for next ride…once they dry…nice being right across hall from laundry…

Welp…once again..time to get things done..

Have a fantastic positive day and a better better day then yesterday..
