Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday…

My body told me last night..as I got ready to set todays intentions on what was in store for today..that riding wasn’t part of the plan…lol…so it’s just workouts..exercise class….counter pushups..and resistance bands….

But that’s still a days workout over the day…

Have once again started just eating 2 times a day…and enjoying the quiet time that was once noisier at that time…

Sometimes that’s not as easy to find …but something that’s most enjoyable….
