last day of mini cut. went from 223lbs to 206.8 lbs in 3 wks. I was holding crap ton of water.

Must be the summer motivation, I did the same. Went from 219 to 202 since Easter. It's crazy how much water we can hold. I'm sure I dropped fat but nowhere near 17 pounds.

Mermee I was eating 4800 at the peak of my bulk. I went from there to 4000 for a week of maintenance, then to 3600 cal for a week and the last two weeks have been at around 3300-3400 ... So from an 800 surplus to like a 600 deficit. Not a huge deficit but something like a 1200cal drop total. I plan on spending the rest of this year bulking, throwing in mini cuts here and there.
