YEAAA I made it. It's Friday I worked out everyday this week be4 work so proud of myself now if I can do it after work gold star 4 me

Bad note I didn't any of my squats until Wed nite need to work on that
85.6 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
