My goal for this is 2 workout everyday (Mon-Fri) be4 work (45mins cardio)
& to focus on doing my squats challenge after dinner while watching t.v


Also plan to pack breakfast & lunch 2 work NO eating out
86.2 kg Lost so far: 11.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
