Yeap .. checks out with my eating habits lately 😒 - Italian food is deliciously dangerous for me 😖
54 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I went back a bit and looked at the photos you posted, and I personally don't see anything wrong with them. The question is, will the weight 'continue to increase?' I think. Human body weight changes an average of 1 kg to 3 kg per day. And most importantly, if you have a BMI of 23 or less, it will be difficult to maintain good health and lose weight with diet alone. Diet plus exercise" is what is needed to achieve the ideal body silhouette. Numbers such as weight are just for decoration.✨ ▽<|b✨

Oh thank you very much .. thought Is stuff I eat that I don’t show on pics :) - appreciate the advice and didn’t know this thing on weight oscillation , which I guess makes sense cause it’s never exact weight that I keep continuously .. thank you for the comment 😊
