Slept 5hrs last night.

Based on Rosie's Un-Fried French fries-1994 cookbook "In the Kitchen with Rosie" by Rosie Daley (who was Oprah's personal chef) Yield: 1 serving

1 medium Russet potato with skin- cut into fries or wedges
Pam spray to coat baking pan (or use silpat sheet)
1 tbsp. egg white
1/4 tsp. No-Salt Seasoning, 1/8 tsp. paprika, few dashes pepper

Preheat the toaster oven to 400 degrees convection. In a bowl combine egg white, spice & cut up potato, to coat. Pour the coated potatoes onto the prepared baking sheet into a single layer. Place the baking sheet on the bottom shelf of the toaster oven or oven. Bake for 20 minutes, turn fries over, bake another 20 minutes. (I think air-fryer would work as well but shorter time to cook?)
