Cleaning the church windows took 5 hours, up and down ladders and lifting a pole overhead(with cleaning pads) multiple times, about 600 times. I’m pooped! I’m going to have Apple cider and watch Netflix for a few hours. I’m only doing bookkeeping tomorrow so a MUCH slower, easier day. Whew!
Oh yeah! Someone brought doughnuts to work today so my carbs are now almost at 100g ! Ugh! Tomorrow will be a great day!
