High Protein Banana Pancakes for breakfast. Very good. Makes 3 medium large pancakes. Cook non-stick pan on medium heat. Cook very quickly.
213 calories. 20g protein. 2.7g Fibre. 16g carbs. 7.4 g fat 197mg Sodium (from baking powder). I added light dust of icing sugar.

1/2 banana mashed
1 egg beaten
1/2 scoop Leanfit protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
123.3 kg Lost so far: 33.7 kg.    Still to go: 57.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
