It’s a notation to herself for her future reference. Sometimes we see those. One person notes things like “ 300 / 330,” for example. I don’t know what that one means but the information isn’t for me 🙂 it’s for her.

BM=Bowel Movement. This may be TMI... but here goes reason why I note it in my journal. It helps me know why there is a gradual small rise in my weight... or a sudden large drop in my weight. A life-long problem since childhood. No matter how much fibre, water, OTC aids I use.
