The GOODBYE MY FRIEND no scales challenge starts in 20h! I know it is a tricky challenge as most of us, me included, are used to relying on our scales to monitor our weight loss progress. Due to my moving overseas I am without scales so forced to rely on other things to keep me on track. Thank you to everyone who has joined to go on this challenge journey with me! The posts and photos are private to challenge members only incase someone wants to post measurements and/or photos to update their progress and isn't comfortable with the whole FS world seeing it.

I had a great night of sleep. But I also ate about 1800+ calories yesterday. So I ate part of the house and some of the shingles. Back on track today.

Well that must mean i ate the garden too because i was at 1700cal my rdi and then went to eat a whole packet of shapes which was 910 calories. Not happy with myself.

Yep, you had fun today. I stopped tracking at 1800 yesterday. That was too much for my brain to handle. Imagine if we did not track. Those type of days would add up fast. But you are active so you will burn that off. Ok, back on track tomorrow for you. :)

I have had a massive cleanup of my pantry over the last two days and have actually thrown out foods that are not healthy! It took lots of courage to throw the food onto the mulch heap, but I made sure that I opened up all the packets and threw it into the bin so I wouldn't get tempted. The hardest were the profiteroles which I had planned on filling with cream and raspberries and drizzling with white chocolate. My arteries will thank me Im sure!

Good on you browneyedsusie! I can't do that though the rest of my family would be a bit annoyed at me;-) i'll just have to resist temptation!

My problem is that I can't resist the temptation when Im mood eating. I just raid the bad food....so if it;s not there, for me I'd then have to chose a healthier option.

I can resist temptation many times but what my big problem is that once i start i can't stop till i've eaten the whole thing. I really need to get better at that because the ultimate goal is to be able to eat everything in moderation without going crazy. Good that you've found a way to avoid unhealthy eating!

Now that we are confessing, my snack problem is that I will always eat one snack and put the bag away and not touch it. But if there are only two items remaining in the bag, I never put one back for the next day. I will eat it now and get rid of it. lol

I'm the same. I can eat a whole box of Lindt chocolates on my own. In fact, I like to hide them from the girls in case they want me to share!

Okay...got my measurements down today at the gym. Plan on getting them checked again when I return from holidays in 2 1/2 weeks - Shoulder/Upper Back:100cm; Chest/Back: 99.5cm; Waist 85cm and hips: 104cm

Yes i love lindt too! My other problem is my partner thinks i'm too skinny and loves to feed me(he's not a feeder lol he just thinks i should eat a bit more) so its even harder when he keeps bringing me yummy things!
