Ok for some reason i've gained a kilo. I've been eating well and have a daily deficit ,eat between 1500-1800cal and burn 2000-2400. I do an average of 12000 steps a day so not quiet sure what to blame this gain on. It's not a fluctuation i've been this weight for 3 days in a row now. Funny though I feel thinner and leaner around the belly. hmmmmm will keep doing what i'm doing and weigh in daily for a while to keep an eye on things.

Hi everyone!
I have created a new challenge called BREAK THE HABIT. The idea is simple you choose one bad habit (or a few it's optional) that you wish to break and replace with something positive that will help you achieve your goals. My bad habit is snacking in the evenings when i'm not really hungry and I plan to use the evenings doing litte bits and pieces around the house and/or read a book. basically keep myself busy until my bad habit is broken. Please join with me if you feel it will help! we've got this!
