Judyrose1997's Journal, 11 Mar 22

Just one day at a time. Body really defending weight gain. Can tell energy levels way down. Just insidiously and baffling. Today was a good day with my food and activity...it just did not extend to the scale. Metabolism slowing...age?
Intend to pay much closer attention to food portions. Eh...do not want to become disheartened or slowly turn away...from what has to date ...really really changed my life. I commit. I recommit. Thank you for being here.

it still looks like you are doing great. I wish I was that consistent. Maybe someday.

I get low energy when I don't get enough B vitamins. I have malabsorption issues due to food allergies of grains, beans, and peanuts. I have increased my Bs and magically, my resting pulse rate is in the 60s for the first time in over 30 years. Just a place to look, Vitamin B 100 complex would be a giid one to try. I use Integrated with methylated Folate and B12.

Keep going and try not to be disheartened- you can do it! And if your body is telling you to rest, try to listen, while you stay on track w/nutrition choices, sometimes we need to slow down activity/need more sleep because of stress to mind or body

We're all rooting for you Judy. For many of us, you are the poster child for maintenance. Good job on staying vigilant and recommitting to excellence.
