Morning weigh-in of 100.8, lets carry on moving down! Yesterday was a good day. Today is a busy stressfull day, no time to pack lunch, but a good big breakfast. Will choose wisely at lunch time!!!
100.8 kg Lost so far: 28.2 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
