I'm not sure. My weight never has fluctuated crazy like this before. I gained 28lbs last month eating just barely above maintenance and lost most of it over last week.

My blood work over the last couple years has been the same. Kidneys and bun/creatinine levels are always just barely out of range. Everything else is always good. On Dec 9 I had cbc w/differential and a complete metabolic panel. Dec 28 I had , cbc w/ differential/platelets, comp. Metabolic panel, lipid panel, tsh, t3, t4, hemoglobin a1c, free and total testosterone, estrodial, fsh/lh, hcg, prolactin, dht, igf1, and vit d

That's odd if you aren't in a big surplus and then a deficit or vice versa. Mine fluctuates a lot but it's because one day it will be a 12 pack of donuts and Mexican, and then the next day it will be 2400 calories of "clean" foods.

I wish could remember what I read today - since was looking at "how to make muscles" and came across "something" to do with water taken up by the muscles - for the life of me - I cannot remember. Just a thought but the body can only process so much water in a 24 hour period - not trying to suggest anything but maybe just cut out some of the water intake - and it depends on what kind of foods that you are eating since we get a good portion of our water from our foods. There are a few thoughts.

All pain - maybe try taking fish oil caplets. our cat was in kidney failure & we read about it. we give her 2 small capsules/day with her meals. (She's 7-8lbs so less). Anyway, her kidneys are now completely normal. We give her fluids 2x/week still but it's not as necessary. No other kidney meds, either. I'm just saying ... animals get what we have & vice versa, sadly. Hope it works for you!
